Test conditions: 20 minute trench digging trials in overburden and silt clay, Wisconsin, USA. The same driver was used for all tests in a 30 tonne excavator and the results were collated by an independent auditor. During the tests, calculations were made to establish which of the buckets loaded to SAE rating in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The Scoop was the only bucket that delivered what it promised and consistently achieved more than 100% fill.
